Your Role
- Provide professional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward effective solutions
- Deliver consistent high-quality customer experiences
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

- Danish: C2 level
- Solid English communication skills (B2)
- Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
- Team spirit and adaptability to new cultures
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
