Your mission

As our Junior Customer Success Coordinator youll be at the heart of our Customer Success team driving innovation in how we deliver value to our clients. Youll be bridging the gap between Customer Service and Technology working on solutions that scale and reduce manual effort. Our products support many users daily and your role will focus on making it smarter faster and more efficient through automation and AI.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Improving our ability to provide value to clients by leveringnew technology
• Building and developing solutions many of which have limited human interaction
• Designing and developing a customerservice AI chatbot usingExisting tools/GenAI
• Collaborating closely with Customer Service teamsand Techtointegrate with existing systems prototype test and iterate on chatbot functionality.

This is a fixed-term full-timeposition. The role is planned to start around May and continue through the end of September. Youllbe basedatour Oslo office workingina flexible hybrid are super excited to have you on board and for you to bring your insight and knowledge to ourteam!

Internship period: May - September

Salary: 30 000 NOK/ month
