Overview

BlackRocks Fundamental Equities (FE) business is a key division within the firms Portfolio Management Group (PMG) managing over $250bn across 70 actively-managed equity strategies. The FE Product Strategy Platform Team enables our global Product Strategists to operate as a cohesive platform by driving workflow innovation data insights and process automation.

We are seeking a Business Analyst who combines analytical thinking project execution and hands-on technical skills. The ideal candidate is versatile detail-oriented and comfortable with both coding/ automation and multi-stakeholder project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to platform-wide initiatives across sales enablement business strategy and technologysupporting FE Platform Strategys pillars of Commercial Enablement Tech & Automation Strategy & Innovation and Platform Messaging.

• Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards (Morningstar eVestment FactSet Power BI) for management and performance tracking.

• Assist with business intelligence and analytics consolidating data and insights to inform platform decisions and executive communications.

• Support workflow and automation projects helping identify process improvements and develop scalable tools that enhance team productivity.

• Execute and coordinate cross-functional projects by partnering with Product Strategists Fundamental Equities leadership and partner teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time.

You Should Have

• 15 years of professional experience

• Excellent communication presentation and project management skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power BI) and/or Python with the ability to use these tools to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes a major plus for this role.

• Strong problem-solving and strategic mindset with the ability to connect analytical insights to business priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; analytical and data management skills are a plus.

• Strong attention to detail ability to multitask and comfort managing multiple priorities.

• A proactive attitude and desire to learn about investment management and technology.
