We are looking for Program Officers who are passionate idea-driven strategic thinkers deeply comfortable with data and eager to learn.

Candidates should bring 3 years of experience from development organizations corporate roles or management consulting. You must be skilled at handling large datasets managing diverse stakeholders and independently leading initiatives.

In this role you will own end-to-end program execution for one block covering a population of over 1.5 lakh. You will serve as the leader for your area working with a strong sense of freedom with responsibility. Role Responsibilities

As a Program Officer your work will include (but not be limited to):

• Planning and implementing interventions at the block level in an integrated end-to-end manner
• Conducting daily field visits across the block independently planning activities troubleshooting issues and routinely monitoring the program
• Continuously analysing data generating ideas and introducing initiatives to strengthen program delivery
• Building strong relationships with village block and district government officials to ensure quality and sustainability
• Developing trust with frontline workers and communities to ensure smooth execution
• Collaborating with cross-location and cross-functional teams and contributing to organizational needs beyond the field

Skills:

• 3 years of grassroots experience working with frontline workers and community not more than 7-years experience

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking

• A data-driven problem-solving mindset

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English

• Openness to learning and growth

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams; strong team player
