Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch or Flemish to join an international support team in this full-time role you will serve as a key point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues clarifying bookings or payments and delivering highquality support via phone and email. You will work in a multicultural environment collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth efficient service.

What You Bring

Native or fluent Dutch or Flemish (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience or comfort using tools such as Office365 CRM platforms or similar internal systems.
A solution oriented mindset adaptability and ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.
Previous experience in customer support or contact centre work is a plus.
Interest in travel or accommodation related services is welcome.
