Do you have C2-level French and B2-level English Were looking for motivated and solution-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.
Youll assist French-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy all while living in one of Europes most vibrant cities.
What Youll Do
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Monday to Sunday
- 07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)
- 2 rotative days off per week
- 24/7 schedule may be introduced later
