ALHIST SP está especializada en el desarrollo de software como dispositivo médico siguiendo la directiva europea 93/42/EEC. Los procesos aplicados para el diseño se adaptan tanto a los requisitos de la normativa como a las actividades incluidas en la metodología Scaled Scrum. Cómo podrás CONTRIBUIR y CRECER con nosotros

Reporting to the ALHIST CFO within the ALHIST Finance team the Controller will be responsible for:

• Monthly Closing: Driving the monthly closing process for ALHIST Spain focusing on the preparation and analysis of financial performance efficiencies monitoring IRIS reporting.

• Reforecast and Target: Leading the Target and Reforecast processes for ALHIST Spain ensuring costs are thoroughly budgeted and tracked and coordinating with operational stakeholders (PMs POs PMOs Managers) and other Controlling stakeholders.

• Front Office & Data Partner: Being the main point of contact for Front Office and Data products stakeholders providing insight and guidance on TCO and overall performance monitoring ad-hoc deep dives ad-hoc reporting.

• Time Tracking: Managing the time tracking process for internal and external resources for both ALHIST Spain and ALHIST providing insight on workloads to managers and analyzing variances against budget.

• Finance tooling and BI: enhancing the current finance tooling including Target managers financials visibility (toolkit) internal and Group reportings BI dashboards Apptio dashboards across both ALHIST & ALHIST Spain in order to ensure efficiency and availability of the major KPIs within the DDS organization (time tracking costs budget consumption etc.).

• Invoicing: Coordinating the intercompany invoicing tasks between ALHIST Spain and ALHIST for both run and projects activities.

Profile and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project controlling/IT controlling

• Reliable rigorous autonomous with strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with financial data and group tools: Google Sheets IRIS Power BI.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise presentations (Flash RF/Target canonicals).

• Fluent in English Spanish.
