Key Responsibilities

Support travelers and partners via phone and email following established procedures

Provide clear and precise information regarding bookings payments and service conditions

Manage requests such as modifications cancellations and technical inquiries

Mediate between guests and accommodation providers in a neutral and solution-oriented manner

Document all interactions and ensure compliance with internal guidelines

Maintain a professional approach in all communication
Requirements

Icelandic (C2) and Advanced English
-
Strong written and verbal communication with a structured approach

Proficiency in Office 365 CRM tools and internal systems

Ability to handle complex cases with calm and consistency

Reliability discipline and adaptability to process updates

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
