About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative fluent in German to join a growing international team in this hybrid role youll spearhead outreach to potential clients identify high potential leads and present tailored cloud and IT solutions. Using phone calls and emails youll engage decision makers uncover their needs and align them with the right services. Youll maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to internal teams and collaborate to optimise pipeline performance all while working toward quarterly sales targets.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) plus strong English communication skills
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent practical experience)
- Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales ideally within IT cloud solutions or technology services
- Familiarity with consultative sales practices and ability to present technical solutions according to client needs
- A proactive target driven mindset comfortable working in a phone based sales environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic workload efficiently
