Operations Specialist
Full-time On-site / Hybrid Operations Coordination Process Improvement
Are you detail-oriented organised and great at keeping daily operations running smoothly Our client is looking for a proactive Operations Specialist to support internal processes coordinate tasks across teams and ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively.
About the Role
In this role you will support day-to-day operations maintain structure across workflows work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to ongoing process improvements. You will be the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution

Support operational planning scheduling and task management

Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve processes

Maintain documentation reports dashboards and internal systems
- Collaborate with other teams (sales logistics customer service finance etc.) to ensure seamless operations

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to support decision-making
- Assist with onboarding operational procedures and ensuring compliance with internal standards

Experience in an operations coordination or administrative role
