Job Summary

vidaXL is looking for a highly motivated team player looking for a good start to their administrative/financial career.

You will:

Identify root causes of differences in our outstanding balances;

Discuss possible solutions with the relevant teams to prevent (payment) issues in the future;

Be a contact person for our technical teams when it comes to automation/improvements;

Analyze data and create reports.

We ask:

Affinity with finance;
Experience with Excel and Outlook;
Advanced English level;
Proactiveness and flexibility;
Experience with process improvements;
Experience with SAP is preferred;
Experience within online retail is preferred.
