The opportunity
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a particular focus on GRC modules tailored to the financial services industry.
Your key responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow GRC solutions for clients in the financial services sector.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and regulatory requirements and translate these into technical solutions.
- Work with functional project team providing direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Define system specifications and oversee the implementation process.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies with a focus on enhancing GRC offerings.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
- Provide input and guidance to development team for the configuration of ServiceNow aligned to business requirements.
- Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Architect or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements within the Malaysian financial services industry.
- Exceptional leadership communication and client-facing skills.
