APS is committed to increasing the hiring of faculty and staff so that the district personnel reflect the racial and ethnic diversity of the student social learning into the classroom and work to foster an identity-safe empathetic active learning and implement lesson plans for five classes of ELA that articulate clear learning targets aligned with both the 2017 Massachusetts State ELA Standards and the APS ELA regularly with students and families and involve families as partners in their childs with all team members including but not limited to special educators instructional coaches paraprofessionals interventionists and other support students regularly and refine and differentiate classroom instruction based on assessment data and student needsQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside the ability to establish and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with a diverse staff and student of Common Core/MA Curriculum Framework for English Language Arts.A strong work ethic and a growth mindsetStrong classroom community-building skills and restorative justice approaches to degree required; Masters degree Teacher Certification in 6-8 English Language Arts required.
