What will you do
Your main challenges will be:
- Teach Civil Engineering courses with high academic standards under a context of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Incorporate digital education tools to enrich the teaching-learning process.
- Actively participate in academic communities and in linkage projects aligned with the Schools strategy.
- Contribute to student attraction and retention strengthening the sense of community and belonging on campus.
- Maintain continuous professional development with at least 40 hours of annual training in your discipline.
What are we looking for
- Education: Civil Engineering degree with a Doctorate (preferred) in areas such as materials structures hydraulics or transportation.
- Experience:
- Proven teaching experience at the higher education level.
- Knowledge and experience in academic or administrative management.
- Participation in research or technological development projects related to your area of expertise (desirable).
- Competencies:
- Minimum English level: B2 (CEFR).
- Ability to innovate commitment to academic excellence and a strong vocation for service.
