The Opportunity:

Workhuman is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join ourenergized automationteamthat is pivotal in thego to marketfunction!This position offers theuniqueopportunity to play an integral role in lead generation nurturing email marketingglobal campaigns and other customer outreach programsall while growing your skills andexpertiseinnew marketingautomation technologies.Theday-to-daywork is highly collaborative with the broader marketing teamin executing campaigns anddriving best practices.

** This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham MA office**

**Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g. U.S. citizen permanent resident). We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

What we can offeryou:

Create emails website landing pages forms lead lists and reports

Create manage Q&A and execute marketing campaigns. Coordinate elements from multiple teams to execute on deliverables for marketing campaigns and projects

Lead thebroader marketing team in making data driven decisions using reporting and analytics to improve and report on campaign performance

Create data segmentation filtersdistribution lists for campaigns lead scoringenhancementsand buyer journey experienceswillmaximize lead conversions and reduce unsubscribes across our ecosystem

Collaborative marketing operations team that works witha varietyof Workhumanteamswhileprovidingtheopportunity for individual team membersto lead and strategize on campaignexecution/optimization

Achievements:

Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution Q&A testing and conversion measurement

Has the ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and

Experience prioritizing assigned work to ensure deadlines are met

An eye for detail and qualitychecks to ensure data excellence

The skills you will bring:

3 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Systems

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus

Experience withMarketoor Salesforce Marketing Clouda plus

Creative problem-solving and excellent communication skills

Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred

The base salary range for this position is $75000$90000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidates qualifications experience geographic location and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.

This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package which supports employee well-being and work-life balance.
