About the role
As a Revenue Operations Intern at Amenitiz youll support our Operations team across Sales Customer Success Onboarding and broader revenue functions. Youll work on performance reporting process documentation compensation tracking and day-to-day operational support for our revenue teams. This is a hands-on full-time on-site internship in Barcelona for someone who likes working with data solving operational problems and helping teams run more smoothly.
Your mission
- Sales Performance Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key metrics like pipeline conversion rates and team performance using HubSpot Sheets and SQL.
- Customer Success Support: Help the CS team with data requests account tracking and operational workflows to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Process Documentation & Improvement: Map current processes identify bottlenecks and help implement practical improvements across revenue teams.
- Daily Operational Support: Handle requests from Sales CS and other revenue teams through our internal ticketing systemtroubleshooting issues pulling data and unblocking teams.
- Compensation Management Support: Assist with tracking commissions quotas and payouts - ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of compensation data.
About you
- Youre comfortable working with spreadsheets analysing data and spotting patterns or issues.
- You have solid Excel or Google Sheets skills and arent intimidated by formulas or pivot tables.
- You communicate clearly and can work with different teams without needing hand-holding.
- Youre organised enough to juggle multiple requests and know how to prioritise.
- You take initiative and dont wait around when something needs figuring out.
- You can provide a valid internship agreement from your university.
- You have the right to work full-time (40h/week) in Spain.
- Nice to have: Any exposure to HubSpot SQL or compensation tools.
What youll learn

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) SQL queries and operational dashboards.
- How revenue teams actually work day-to-day - and what ops does to keep them moving.
