Director of Client Services

Were hiring a Director to launch and scale our IT contract consulting practice across Minnesota. Youll combine warm access to established enterprise relationships with true newlogo hunting to create a repeatable contract revenue enginepartnering closely with highperforming HR & Finance interim teams and a seasoned IT perm group.
What youll do
- Prospect meet and close Minnesotabased contract opportunities; own the full sales cycle.
- Convert warm introductions into active requisitions while continuously hunting netnew logos.
- Collaborate with recruiting and solution leaders to ensure speed quality and margin on every engagement.
- Track activities pipeline and starts in ATS; manage to weekly KPIs and monthly starts.
What you bring
- Proven success in IT contract sales (staff augmentation project/SOW).
- Minnesota network and comfort with onsite client meetings.
- Consultative selling strong deal judgment and disciplined CRM habits.
- Professionalism and followthrough that build trust internally and externally.
