Position: Help Desk Technician

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware
- Respond to tickets and emails from users seeking help
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Install modify and repair computer hardware and software
- Maintain a log of all issues and their resolution for future reference
- Set up new accounts reset passwords and assist with other account-related tasks
- Ensure proper functioning of computer systems and network connections
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate technical issues when needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Specialization in Systems Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience working in a healthcare or government setting
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $40 per hour
- Currency: USD
- Frequency: Hourly
