Front Desk Concierge - Envy Residences (Scottsdale AZ)

HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Front Desk Concierge at Envy Residences in Scottsdale AZ. As a Concierge youll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents as well as administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Excellent in person customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written)
Experience working in the Hospitality Industry is a plus
Customer Service experience required

Job Duties:

Providing administrative support
Maintaining welcome desk
Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face
Manages package delivery system
Partners with the On-site Community Manager to effectively manage the front welcome area
