Job Summary

What Youll Do:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage phone calls schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
Handle check-ins check-outs and payments
Support both clients and medical staff in a fun fast-paced moderately stressful environment where teamwork is everything
Bring positivity and problem-solving skills to each interaction

What Were Looking For:

Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Comfort working under moderate stress while staying upbeat
A love for pets and a desire to help their people
Previous veterinary experience is a plus but not required!
Avimark experience preferred but not required.
