Your key responsibilities

As a Techno-Functional Delivery Lead your primary responsibility will be to steer a team comprising EY consultants technical architects and engineers towards the successful execution of digital banking this role youll embody the essence of a Techno-Functional Lead adeptly bridging the gap between the projects engagement team and the clients team to guarantee standout ensure exceptional performance.

The role requires you to have subject knowledge in mobile banking app implementation and a sound technical foundation particularly in navigating the complexities of digital banking or mobile banking initiatives. You will be instrumental in coordinating with a technology-focused team managing the intricacies of the project while maintaining vigilance over the programs timeline scope and dependencies.

Functioning as the Voice of the Customer you will act as the critical link between the clients technology team and the EYs technical team ensuring the technical team comprehensively grasps the clients business requirements. Conversely you will demystify any technical challenges or constraints for the client team.

As a subject matter resource you will also have the experience and knowledge to advise clients during the implementation of digital banking projects in areas such as regulatory requirements banking app user adoption banking trends digital trends technical trends (APIs payment standards) among others.

Skills and attributes for success

• Good understanding of mobile banking trends ability to interpret their impact on customers and experience in implementation of such initiatives in Thailand and/or ASEAN
• Strong techno-functional background and good understanding of digital banking architecture
• Possess strong interpersonal and teaming skills and experienced in engaging with both business stakeholders and technical stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint Word and Excel

To qualify for the role you must have

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Thai Retail Banking industry with a focus on digital/ mobile banking initiatives.
• Experience with relevant FinTech ecosystems and system integration would also be looked upon favorably.
• Academic background in Engineering IT Finance or Banking
• Successful delivery leadership of large-scale banking technology projects
• Track record dealing with senior stakeholders and adapting to demanding environments
• Fluency in Thai and English language is mandatory

Ideally youll also have

• Experience in digital user experience or product design
• Experience in wider digital trends
• Fundamental knowledge of statutory and regulatory aspects of the local banking industry
