Duties & Responsibilities
- Translate Group HR strategy into a divisional People Plan aligned to business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the TCHS CEO and Exco on workforce trends talent risks and culture.
- Lead talent management succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations compliance and union engagement across multiple sites.
- Champion employee experience engagement and Tsebos High-Performance Service Culture.
- Drive transformation diversity equity and inclusion goals.
- Ensure HR operational excellence digitisation and governance standards.
