Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Translate Group HR strategy into a divisional People Plan aligned to business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the TCHS CEO and Exco on workforce trends talent risks and culture.
  • Lead talent management succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations compliance and union engagement across multiple sites.
  • Champion employee experience engagement and Tsebos High-Performance Service Culture.
  • Drive transformation diversity equity and inclusion goals.
  • Ensure HR operational excellence digitisation and governance standards.
