Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available at a leading international company for an experienced and driven R2R Group this role you will manage end-to-end Record-to-Report activities across multiple international entities. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting while contributing to the efficiency and consistency of global accounting processes.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Ensure all transactions are technically compliant and aligned with accounting policies internal controls and processes
Prepare monthend reports including bank intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
Review general ledgers fortnightly and manage prepayments and accruals schedules
Maintain the fixed asset register and prepare journals
Post general journals within deadlines
Handle intercompany invoicing confirmations and reconciliations
Assist with monthly management accounts and yearend budget analysis
Prepare BAS Payroll Tax and FBT returns (monthly/quarterly)
Support ad-hoc requests from senior finance staff and group finance
Complete balance sheet reconciliations
Provide feedback on processed documentation and suggest improvements to drive efficiency
Build and maintain effective working relationships within the finance team and agencies
Participating in team meetings
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 or more years of experience
Qualification:
SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
