As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for front-line roles in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Youll be the driving force behind building strong pipelines creating innovative sourcing strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand and culture.

• Drive high-volume recruiting efforts for front-line roles across multiple communities ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities build strong partnerships and deliver effective recruiting strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines through networking community engagement and creative outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless positive candidate experience.
• Represent our brand at career fairs open houses and local events showcasing our culture and growth opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting our values benefits and unique employee experience to excite potential hires.

• 35 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting preferably in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards social media and community outreach.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
• Must be able to work full-time from our Atlanta GA (Buckhead) office.
