Job Summary
Sagesa Healthcare is a leading healthcare recruiter for the Irish market base in Spain. We help Spanish and other EU Healthcare professionals move their careers to Ireland.
As part of an expansion we are looking for a new recruitment consultant to join our team to help more and more healthcare professionals secure long term and high paying roles in Ireland. You can work remotely or in our Costa del Sol office.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and growing a strong client base across our healthcare portfolio
- Helping healthcare professionals with all aspects of moving their career to Ireland
- Growing our proprietary private marketing network along with traditional marketing avenues
- Identifying new opportunities to help our clients succeed
- Ensure the highest standards of Sagesa Healthcare are delivered daily to our stakeholders
The ideal applicant will have:
- Previous healthcare recruitment experience in Spain or Ireland
- Have worked with European partners
- Have stakeholder relationship management experience
- Understand the EU job market
- Built their own client and candidate base
- Desire to grow profitability on their desk
Requirements are:
- Speak fluent English and Spanish
- Be able to work in EU without restriction
- Work references available
- Able to start January 2023
- Able to travel internationally without restriction
