Strategic Consultant (Experienced-Mid Level)

We are partnering with a leading international organization undergoing strategic growth and transformation. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy and operational delivery partnering with senior stakeholders to define and implement high-impact initiatives across functions and regions.

This Strategic Consultant (ExperiencedMid Level) will work on cross-functional projects that drive commercial operational and organizational improvements. The role requires strong analytical ability an aptitude for structured problem solving and excellent stakeholder management skills to influence change in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project workstreams including problem definition hypothesis generation data analysis solution design and implementation support.

• Develop financial and operational models to evaluate business cases quantify benefits and support investment decisions.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses (market competitor process cost-to-serve) and synthesize findings into clear actionable recommendations.

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into pragmatic roadmaps KPIs and governance mechanisms.

• Support pilot design and roll-out plans track outcomes and iterate solutions based on results and stakeholder feedback.

• Prepare and present concise compelling materials for senior management that drive timely decisions.

• Coach and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working and ensure sustainable change.

• Contribute to capability-building initiatives best-practice libraries and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

• Strong academic background in Engineering Business Economics or similar.

• 36 years of experience in management consulting internal strategy corporate development or a similar strategy-focused role.

• Proven track record delivering strategic and operational projects with measurable business impact.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

• Comfortable handling ambiguity prioritizing competing demands and delivering to tight timelines.
