Our high school students are tuitioned to Maine Central selected candidate will:Lead with the values of our Mission and Strategic Plan - Relationships respect responsibility equity and lifelong the ability to inspire motivate guide and direct staff in setting and achieving the highest standards of educational excellence. Have a strong working knowledge of school finance budgeting funding and facilities good organizational skills an understanding of collective bargaining and a working knowledge of school the ability to understand and serve in the multifaceted relationship with the school the ability to work with staff to identify curriculum skills or learning objectives which are appropriate to the student an environment for professional development growth and staff act in the best interest of students and district has been approved for a new school to house grades PK-8.
