Job Summary

Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team in Katutura supporting seamless transportation operations within the automotive industry. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery of vehicles parts and equipment contributing directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a valid drivers license a strong understanding of traffic regulations and a commitment to maintaining vehicle safety and professionalism at all times. As a Driver you will play a key role in the logistics chain ensuring that all transport activities are conducted safely punctually and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate company vehicles for the transportation of vehicles spare parts and equipment within Katutura and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws company policies and delivery schedules to maintain on-time performance.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams to report delays vehicle issues or changes in delivery plans.
  • Maintain accurate logs of trips deliveries and vehicle conditions as required.
  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean organized and in optimal working condition at all times.
  • Respond promptly to urgent transport requests and support special delivery needs as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • 12 years of relevant driving experience preferably in a logistics or automotive environment.
  • Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns in Katutura and surrounding areas.
  • Strong sense of responsibility punctuality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends or overtime as needed.
