About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals (Technical or Functional) who are passionate about delivering robust CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
For Technical Consultant:
- Design develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions using plugins workflows Power Automate JavaScript and C#.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems using Azure APIs or middleware.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS.
- Manage and maintain CRM environments deployments and version upgrades.
- Work closely with Functional Consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
For Functional Consultant:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Configure entities forms views business rules and workflows within Dynamics 365.
- Provide functional expertise in modules like Sales Customer Service Marketing or Field Service.
- Conduct user training UAT sessions and ensure smooth adoption of CRM systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 410 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture entities workflows and business process flows.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) is preferred.
- Knowledge of integration tools Azure services and Dataverse is a plus.
- Excellent communication client interaction and documentation skills.
- Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365 Power Platform) are an advantage.
