Job Summary
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice
- Supporting and leading our admin and clinical teams
- Managing HR staff training and development
- Looking after the financial side budgets payroll and reporting
- Ensuring we stay compliant with CQC and NHS requirements
- Helping us meet QOF and Enhanced Service targets
- Working closely with our PCN ICB and other local partners
- Bringing fresh ideas to improve how we work and care for our patients

About the Candidate
- Organised and enjoy variety in your day.
- Approachable and competent.
- Experience of working in a GP practice desirable.
- Experience in a management or leadership role is essential.
- Understanding of healthcare or the NHS would be a bonus.
