Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Operate excavators and associated heavy equipment with precision and safety
Execute excavation grading leveling and material handling tasks in accordance with project specifications
Interpret and follow construction plans site layouts and supervisor instructions
Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections and routine maintenance
Maintain strict compliance with DIN/ISO standards and all applicable workplace safety regulations
Coordinate effectively with site supervisors operators and team members
Report equipment malfunctions promptly and assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience operating excavators on construction or maintenance sites
Vocational training or recognized qualification such as Anabin H Plus
German language proficiency at B1 level (mandatory)
In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with DIN/ISO standards
Willingness and ability to work across various locations throughout Germany
Physically fit and capable of enduring long shifts and demanding site conditions
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team settings
