The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support us in the Artist Rights and Touring Services department. As part of our team youll sit centrally across the group and liaising across the label teams artist teams legal and finance to ensure accurate information flow efficient processes and up-to-date knowledge of artist live activity. Its an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for music and live events to build foundational experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal documents and trackers including Excel spreadsheets and .
Support the tour support payment process by monitoring Uniport chasing approvals and processing urgent payments.
Create and maintain SharePoint folders for tour support ensuring artist management teams have access.
Ensure the accurate issuing of and signing of side letters.
Review artist contracts to summarise relevant clauses in a clear digestible format for both artist and internal teams.
Verify accurate accounting by confirming correct contract-based deductions and percentages have been applied.
Meet regularly with label teams to gather updates on tours roster changes accounting and other operational information.
Attend gigs shows and festivals to stay informed on production staging lighting merchandise and general live performance trends.
Skills and Experience Required
Must Have:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and sense of responsibility.
Ability to prioritise personal workload and use initiative in a busy environment.
Flexibility and enthusiasm for regularly attending live events including evenings and weekends when required.
Confident computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and general digital tools.
