Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT operations for servers storage tape media network voice and cabling.
  • Handle request tracking and closure via SRM; perform change implementation and problem diagnosis.
  • Execute server backups weekly reboots and monitor backup status.
  • Provide tape management offsite storage coordination and maintain equipment health.
  • Update asset status in CMDB and maintain inventory documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware replacement and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with physical access control cabling standards and maintain storeroom records.
  • Support BCP/DR drills and provide technical documentation updates.
  • Maintain SOPs audit readiness and ensure preventive measures for infrastructure security.
  • Provide 24x7 standby support for data center access emergency maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in IT/IS or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in end-user support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and IT infrastructure (network VPN storage).
  • Excellent customer service communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated team player.
