Purpose:
Roles Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Sets the ambition/vision goals objectives challenge the status quo drive change and reset the organization to reach excellent performance (excellence in execution across all functions benchmarked competitiveness & launch excellence driving rapid reimbursement)
- Build the right organizational structure and capabilities and keep P&L accountability to achieve short- and long-term objectives
- Develops and executes operating policies consistent with the policies and objectives as set by the enterprise leadership in the organization
- Responsible for leading across the matrix to achieve results
- Develop strategies and represents J&J to the external market (e.g. regulatory media distributors and other external stakeholders) for all functions - drives the debate ensuring market access competitiveness and sustainable growth
- Actively influences the global/regional TA strategies based on local market insight to help shape regional strategy and represent the voice of the customer in the global/regional forums
- Drives a highly productive highly engaged culture; ensures talent bench strength at all levels and develops new capabilities including attracting developing and retaining key talent (e.g. Oncology Immunology HEMAR MAF )
- Builds and maintains key customer relationships in the region / country
You will be responsible for:

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Sales marketing and operations knowledge and experience focused on brand and market share growth
- Experience working in the pharma healthcare segment and knowledge of pharma brands esp. Oncology and Immunology
- Exposure to market access challenges and pricing strategies for innovative medicines
- Track record in working with regulatory HTA agencies/industry bodies
- Proven skill in building highly collaborative and effective relationships across business units and functions and at all levels of the organization and developing inspiring and motivating a high performing culture
- Experience in developing talent and increasing overall bench strength and diversity.
- Demonstrated track record of innovation and change management in an evolving business environment
- Strong track record in managing P&Ls financials and budgets
