Location: Peel Region Clinics in Mississauga & Brampton
Hourly Rate: $120

Partner with Peel Regions Public Health team and contribute to a healthier safer and more connected community. As a Clinic Physician (contractor) in our Sexual Health Clinics youll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable populations and promoting sexual health and reproductive well-being.
Our clinics provide culturally safe stigma-free and inclusive care for residents from diverse backgrounds. Sexual health services are essential to preventing disease reducing health disparities and empowering individuals to make informed choices. Your Role
As a Clinic Physician (contractor) you will:
- Provide STI assessment diagnosis and treatment (e.g. Chlamydia Gonorrhea Syphilis Herpes Genital warts MPOX HIV).
- Offer contraception counseling and prescribing supporting informed decision-making.
- Perform IUD insertions (training available if needed).
- Utilize and maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Perform venipuncture (training available if required).
What Were Looking For
- Medical degree and current CPSO licensure to practice independently in Ontario.
- Experience or strong interest in sexual health.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and willingness to learn new clinical skills.
Commitment & Flexibility
- Minimum one 35 hour shift per week (additional shifts are an asset).
- Clinics operate Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM 6:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
