In this role you will manage construction administration tasks for a large and fast-paced behavioral health project. Responsibilities include site visits field reports and coordination with contractors and design teams to ensure OSHPD/HCAI compliance. You will monitor progress maintain documentation and support schedule and quality control requirements.
This role is offered on a Contract-to-Possible-Permanent basis. It is project-based with an expected duration of approximately 2 years and potential for permanent conversion. On-site presence is required 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Construction Administration
- Experienced and proficient with Healthcare construction work
- Familiarity with OSHPD/HCAI compliance standards
Bonus:
- Architectural license
- Revit proficiency
Pay Range: $60 - $75 / hr flexible depending on qualifications and experience
