Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in property and casualty insurance who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent interpersonal and time management skills. The position primarily involves managing accounts in construction manufacturing and agriculture industries.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $72000 annually commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts primarily in construction manufacturing and agriculture industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on property and casualty insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental goals.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and other tools to manage daily tasks and client communications effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience with a preference for candidates with 5 or more years.
- Experience with agricultural accounts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Other Requirements:
- Must reside outside of California and New York.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
