Senior Land Transactions Consultant

Obowiązki:

Nawiązywanie kontaktu i negocjacje z właścicielami nieruchomości
Analiza nieruchomości pod względem przydatności do celów przemysłowych i magazynowych
Poszukiwanie rozwiązań skomplikowanych problemów związanych z pozyskiwaniem nieruchomości
Pozyskiwanie odpowiedniej dokumentacji związanej z procesem nabycia nieruchomości
Koordynacja działań formalno-prawnych współpraca z lokalnymi władzami
Negocjacje z właścicielami nieruchomości urzędnikami pracownikami jednostek samorządu terytorialnego

Brzmi ciekawie Aby aplikować powinieneś mieć/być:

Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
Doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu nieruchomości pod inwestycje
Bardzo dobra znajomość aspektów prawno-właścicielskich związanych z pozyskiwaniem nieruchomości
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności negocjacyjne
Umiejętność samodzielnego działania i organizacji pracy
Doskonałe zdolności komunikacyjne oraz interpersonalne
Gotowość do częstych wyjazdów służbowych
