Do you want to be part of our PwC Health Industries (HI) team & practice
PwC is looking for a talented professional with experience in health economics health policy and market access to join our PwC Management Consulting department. You will join a team tackling complex challenges in the value-based healthcare space supporting public and private sector clients in making evidence-based decisions that improve health outcomes and system efficiency. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to deliver impactful insights through research modelling and policy addition to client work you will actively contribute to the development of the PwC Center of Excellence contributing to business development activities and supporting market development activities such as writing thought leadership pieces point-of-view papers and/or blog posts.
What youll learn and do
As a Consultant Value-Based Healthcare your main responsibility will be on any or a combination of the following activities:
Strategic Advising: Providing strategic advice to public and private clients in the healthcare sector to enhance their value-based healthcare initiatives. This can involve evaluating current value-based healthcare practices and recommending improvements.
Innovation Management: Supporting clients by generating insights on ways to improve care trajectories and work on enhancing organizational readiness for value-based healthcare.
Data Analysis and Insights: Supporting the development of health economics models (e.g. cost-effectiveness) and analysing data to provide insights that can drive decision-making in health industry and healthcare projects leveraging advanced analytics and digital tools.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders including researchers healthcare providers and professionals regulatory bodies third party payers and authorities and industry to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Project Management: Leading and managing projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting client expectations. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Change Management: Supporting clients in managing the organizational changes that come with transformation efforts towards value-based healthcare principles.
Who you are:
Masters degree in Health Economics Public Health Health Policy or related field
2 - 8 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of (Belgian) healthcare policies and system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with consulting aspects (project management presentation and communication skills etc.)
Fluent in English and Dutch or French
Flexibility to work in public and private environments and locations
Autonomous and proactive attitude with an entrepreneurship mindset.
