In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Analyst level position level position within the Core Services which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What youll do in the role:
Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts leveraging knowledge of the systems markets and instruments that influence the team
Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
Participate in projects and initiatives aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
Prepare monitor analyze and distribute daily reports
Coordinate reports and correspondence for exception items that require remediation
and/or escalation
Work closely with the product lines to ensure their operational and procedural
Day to day accurate and efficient check and securities processing
Working collaboratively with other cross groups on projects and initiatives such as bank and brokerage transactional integration workflow automation and internal process automation
Fraud monitoring and escalation across all deposit channels and bank/retail product account activity
Maintains a working understanding of and complies with applicable banking regulations as well as internal policies and procedures
Ability to research and conduct problem resolution between cross groups on check deposit inquiries

Subject matter expertise in business area supported client requirements and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests

Strong analytical skills including ability to research schedule analyze and present findings
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual able to work independently or as part of a team
Role is not Hybrid and will require in office attendance 5 days/week

Salary range for the position: $70000 and $75000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
