Petr Chadima leads our Technology consulting team for Financial Services. He spent most of his professional life on large-scale transformation projects for both Czech and foreign clients. And the main reason he still enjoys his job he says is because he works with the best people he could ever imagine. Job description & summary

As a Migration Architect for Technology Consulting you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our migration strategy for complex banking systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership as you will guide board members through the intricacies of migration projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing large data migrations.

• Leading key system replacement projects following set guidelines.

• Working with others to set project goals and expectations.

• Providing summaries and analysis of project results.

• Managing IT projects to ensure timely and correct delivery.

• Using IT and data knowledge to solve complex problems.

• Communicating in English with the team and stakeholders to help projects succeed.

Requirements of the role

• University degree

• At least 5 years of experience in data management area

• Proven experience in leading and designing strategies for large-scale data migrations in banks

• Strong background in core system replacement projects in leadership or architecture positions

• Excellent references in IT delivery project management

• In-depth knowledge of IT and data architectures

• Exceptional problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
