How Youll Make an Impact
- Report directly to the Manager Insurance Agency.
- Guide clients in protecting the things that matter most by identifying their needs and recommending the right coverages.
- Sell and promote a wide range of AMA Insurance products.
- Clearly communicate product value and pricing in a way thats easy for clients to understand.
- Support clients with policy questions updates and day-to-day needs.
- Assess risk eligibility and recommend accurate classifications.
- Offer guidance to less experienced advisors handling complex cases.
- Provide subject matter expertise to leaders and other departments.
- Share insights and suggest improvements to products guidelines and processes.
- Assist the manager with operational updates and change initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
- A high school diploma (post-secondary and/or CIP is a bonus).
- At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Level 2 General Insurance Agent Certificate of Authority.
- A desire to pursue (or continue pursuing) your CIP designation.
- Experience with quoting and policy management systems is a strong asset.
- A strong sales mindset and a talent for building long-lasting client relationships.
