As our Maintenance Supervisor you willsuccessfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You willbring 3years ofrelevantmaintenance expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE familyand an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.You will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourassociatesdegree in a related field or additional years of experience.

The hiring range for this role is $119000.00 - $163680.00 CAD. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 17% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
