Personal Lines Account Manager Roseland NJ - 60 - 70k base salary
Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote
P&C License Required (Open to Training the Right Candidate)
Our client a well-established insurance agency in Roseland NJ is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable customer-focused and eager to build a long-term career in personal lines insurance. The agency is willing to train a candidate with a strong work ethic and the required licensing.
Responsibilities:
Manage and service a designated book of personal lines accounts
Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and in-person communication
Process endorsements renewals cancellations and billing inquiries
Prepare quotes and remarkets as needed
Maintain accurate client information and documentation within agency management systems
Support producers with day-to-day service needs
Build strong trusted relationships with clients and carriers
Qualifications:
Active New Jersey P&C license required
Personal lines experience preferred but open to training motivated candidates
Strong communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with agency management systems a plus (but not required)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Benefits:
