We offer a competitive pay range of $19 to $24 per hour plus a great benefits package including health coverage a 401(k) with a 3.5% company match paid time off six paid holidays and company-provided paint equipment. Youll love our steady weekday schedule giving you your evenings free to enjoy life outside of work. Choose from either Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; whichever fits you best.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER
As our Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher youll kick things off by scheduling and coordinating mobile service appointments making sure customers needs match technician availability. Throughout the day youll be the communication hub-confirming service requests equipment details warranties and parts.
Youll keep technician routes efficient handle schedule changes on the fly and follow up with customers for feedback. Plus youll work closely with service advisors the parts department and the service manager to keep everything running like clockwork. Accurate record-keeping in our service software ensures nothing gets missed.
Heres what we need from you:
- Previous experience in a service department dispatching or customer service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Computer literacy and solid typing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of the industrial or automotive industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
