Lead and manage regional field service technicians Oversee scheduling PMs repairs and installation support Ensure service quality contract compliance and customer satisfaction Provide technical support and occasionally assist in field work Review and approve service documentation Maintain communication across service operations and management Resolve customer issues and support service/parts sales Manage inventory tools vehicles and cost controls Generate service and installation quotes Travel within the region as needed
Maintain service vehicles tools and inventory levels Train mentor and evaluate service technicians Monitor time attendance productivity and safety compliance Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Ensure adherence to EST policies safety standards and regulatory requirements Audit work orders and support lossprevention programs Coordinate with leadership to maintain consistent service operations
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred 5 years service supervision/management in industrial equipment preferred 5 years electromechanical maintenance experience preferred Strong leadership communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and drive team performance Proficient with Microsoft Office and modern technology tools Valid drivers license; ability to travel up to 25%
Mechanical electrical plumbing and electronic systems knowledge Troubleshooting experience (motors controls circuits PLCs etc.) Familiarity with NEC conduit installation and 3phase systems PLC operation required; RS Logix familiarity preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely and up to 100 lbs occasionally Ability to climb ladders (300 lb limit) Work may involve kneeling bending noise outdoor conditions and hazardous materials Long periods of driving and occasional air travel
Required Skills:
Able to understand mechanical electrical and electronic functionality and use knowledge to troubleshoot equipment. Must provide excellent service to our valued customers. Minimum 2 years experience 5 years plus is preferred. The job is considered medium-to-heavy in nature and involves walking maneuvering around moving objects/machinery standing stooping crouching crawling climbing balancing lifting digging pushing or raising objects and also involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis and 50 to 100 pounds of force on an occasional basis. Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions may include some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment. Ability to climb ladders with 300 lb. weight limit.
