Job Duties
The Deputy Clerk is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures courts instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.
This is a wage position with no benefits. 12 to 20 hours per week; $15.00 per hour.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Filing data entry issuing subpoenas answering phone inquiries and counter assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Requires knowledge and skills of general office operations and procedures (i.e. typing filing data entry and receipting payments). Verbal and written communications skills.
Additional Considerations
Completion of business courses is preferred.
Automated records and word processing experience a plus.
