Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse / Parts Specialist to join our team. This hands-on position combines warehouse operations inventory management order processing light purchasing and ERP system administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring parts are accurately received stored shipped and available when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders including picking packing and preparing shipments and pickups
- Staging parts for Tech jobs
- Receive incoming shipments verify accuracy against purchase orders and properly stock parts
- Coordinate and execute transfers of parts and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and ERP system
- Assist with purchasing: create purchase orders follow up with vendors and source parts as needed.
- Update and maintain parts pricing costs and master data within the ERP system
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and returns.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift pallet jack etc.) as needed
- Ship parts via FedEx UPS LTL carriers
- Provide exceptional internal customer service to technicians and other departments

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory or parts department role (automotive industrial or similar industry preferred)
- Experience using an ERP system strongly preferred
- Basic purchasing and vendor management experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 5070 lbs. regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Forklift certificate needed within 30 days of start date.
