Position Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the organization adheres to legal standards and corporate governance best practices
- Develop implement and monitor governance policies and practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise the board and senior management on governance best practices and emerging trends.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including filings and disclosures.
- Identify and manage risks related to corporate governance and compliance
- Facilitate communication and engagement with external and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and update corporate policies related to governance ethics and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimal 10 years experience in financial industry with good track record.
- Have good and strong leadership motivational and interpersonal skills.
- Capable to maintain positive communication with any stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Company Law OJK regulations and governance standard
Preferred Qualifications:
- High attention to detail integrity and discretion
- Able to work with senior executive and Board members confidently and professionally
