As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Business analysis and requirements gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the CRM system.

System configuration and customization: Implement and configure CRM software based on business requirements often using low-code/no-code tools for customization.

Functional support: Provide ongoing support to CRM users troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently.

Implementation and deployment: Lead or assist in the implementation of CRM solutions from initial setup to rollout and user adoption.

Testing and quality assurance: Perform testing to ensure the configured system functions as expected before deployment.

Training and documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the system.

Process improvement: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize CRM functionality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience with CRM platforms: Hands-on experience with specific CRM systems like Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP CRM.

Functional expertise: A deep understanding of CRM processes including sales marketing and customer service.

Problem-solving and analytical skills: The ability to analyze complex issues perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.

Communication and collaboration: Strong communication skills to liaise with both business users and technical teams.

Business acumen: An understanding of how to align CRM solutions with overall business objectives and strategies.

Project management basics: Experience in managing tasks and timelines especially in the context of CRM projects.
